We are located in southern Piedmont, in Castelnuovo Belbo, a quiet village nestled in the foothills of Monferrato. The property is just a ten-minute drive from Nizza Monferrato, half an hour from the main highway exits, and about an hour from Genoa airport. The airports of Turin and Milan can be reached in an hour and a half. The area, characterized by a perfect balance between agricultural and residential vocation, offers an excellent quality of life, immersed in nature. Castelnuovo Belbo, although a small town, is well served: there is a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a tobacconist, a pizzeria, a pub, a bar, a kindergarten and an elementary school. Middle schools are located in the neighboring town, just a five-minute drive away, while in Nizza Monferrato there are several high schools to choose from. The area is bustling with numerous open-air markets, most notably the Friday morning market in Nizza Monferrato. Also not to be missed is the renowned antiques market, held every third Sunday of the month in the same town.
